This is a wonderful course to introduce you to the concepts of mindfulness and meditation technique. It is in a beautiful setting in the heart of East Finchley. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and is a safe space to dip your toe into the water and start exploring.
The course will run once a week on a Monday evening beginning Monday 3 July, however please note the final session will take place on Tuesday 24 July.
