Join us for this Day of Mindfulness. Set aside the usual running around and getting things done, to simply be. Restore, reconnect and feel a new lease of life that lasts far beyond the day of practice itself. A truly transformative experience.
What to expect from the day...
The day will begin at 10:30 and we will enter into silence where you will be guided through a variety of mindfulness practices, including some gentle movement. Lunch will be shared in silence - you are invited to bring your own nourishing meal and any small snacks throughout the day. Herbal tea will be provided. We will gently come out of silence in the afternoon, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and with a deep sense of calm that you can carry into the rest of your day and coming weeks.
Where is it?
The day is held at The Summit in Highgate, in a safe, quiet and comfortable setting.
Who is this for?
For those of you who have taken an 8 week mindfulness course this is a chance to refresh your commitment and re-immerse yourself in it. For those of you who have an existing regular practice, this is the perfect way to deepen it. If you are new to mindfulness, please get in touch before booking a place.
What should I wear?
Wear loose clothing and layers. Body temperature can rise and fall throughout the day with the practices.
What do I need to bring with me?
Bring a mat and a blanket with you and anything else you feel would make you comfortable for the day. If you do not have these items they are available for hire, just drop me a message.
Bring a nourishing lunch and snacks and of course any medications you need.
