Who is this for?

This course is for people who are experiencing stress, worry or anxiety in their lives and would like to feel better. It is a practical course drawing on the deep history and lineages of two traditions - mindfulness and cognitive based therapy. The course requires a commitment to attend weekly sessions and to commit to home practice. If it has piqued your interest, and you are able to put in the commitment, this course is for you.

Is it the right time for me?

On registering you will be provided with a pre-course questionnaire which we will use to jointly decide whether this course is suited to your current needs. If you are experiencing an active episode of depression, especially if for the first time, or other significant mental health issue, we can discuss whether this is the best time for you to take this course.

Practical details

1 orientation session - 1 hour on 10 Sept 2019, 12-1pm

8 weekly sessions each lasting 2 hours - 10 Sept - 5 Nov, 12-2pm.

Supported by up to 1 hour of home practice daily.

1 practice day - Sat 26 Oct 10am - 4pm
