Leadership and resilience training
My particular focus is on sharing this practice and way of being with staff who are responsible for managing teams, or those running classes and workshops themselves. My mission is to spread this way of being as far as possible. The aim here is not to create mindfulness teachers, but to create human beings who model a mindful way of being, and in doing so are excellent leaders.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Through a number of practices you will determine what works best for you and develop a personal practice that will support you for the rest of your life. Designed with busy people in mind, this course unites the best of MBSR and MBCT courses with a pragmatic approach to ensure this practice can fit in to the lives of even the busiest of people.
I offer one-on-one sessions whereby I lead you in practises and we discuss concepts that are relevant to your life at this time. These sessions are tailored to your needs. Use them at a time you feel you need extra support in challenges you are facing, or whilst the sun is shining to explore this wonderful way of being whilst you feel in a grounded place so you have the skills to draw on when they are needed.
